Chronic Sphenoid Mucosal Thickening and Debris

I recently had an MRI tat stated that I had this condition.  What is this, what causes it, and what is the cure?

Hi,
I have had 8 sinus surgeries!  I use Tobradex drops for my sinus and it totally clears up the sphenoid mucus and debris.  It is designed for the eyes but all the cutting edge docs are using it for sinus....it is an antibiotic and a steroid, but since it is used topically it doesn't affect the whole body.
