Headaches when laying down

Hi
I've been having these these tension headaches whenever i lay down to sleep.The headache feels like a tight band around my head.I feel pressure on my forehead , my nose and also on my upper teeth.Lately i have also developed sensitivity on my upper teeth.But i feel better when i wake up in the morning.

Could it be sinus infection?
