Facial pain

I got herpes in my facial nerves.  The doctor diagnose that on 2005.  Because I had Recurrent Meningioencephalitis Herpetic. Now i got pain on my facial (left side), I got punzant pain my question is that a sign that the herpes reactive again( is that posible)  or I have to go to hospital?????????  Thank you
