Advice on small spot of clear dry raised skin on shoulder?

Hi there,

It would be of help for your advice as I am having to wait up to two weeks for a doctors appointment to get this checked out. I suffer from severe anxiety which doesn't help.

It's been about a week now I've discovered a small clear dry looking slightly raised circle of skin on my right shoulder. I thought I'd be able to post a picture on here however I don't think you are able to. If anyone has had similar or know what this sounds like please reply, if you would like me to send you a picture of it I can send you my E-mail.
