Bump on my nose...

Hello,

I've had a rounded bump on the right tip of my nose ever since i can remember.  It's right above my right nostril (my nose turns up a little). It's a flat area, kinda looks like a callous.... I don't really pay much attention to it & it's not very noticable ...i didn't think twince, until heard some ladies talking about how sensitive the tip of the nose is to skin cancer.  I've been to the dermotologist several years ago to have some warts on my hand removed and asked her if that's what that was & she said no, it wasn't.  It was "just a bump"...

Is this something that I should worry about in regards to skin cancer?  I know it's not much of a descripion, best i could do by explaining it.  The picture may not be much of a help either...as i said it's rather unnoticeable...
