Can acne develop right under a mole?

I have a red zit looking like bump that showed up right under a mole I have had on my face for 25 years. It does not have a head on it, does not itch or burn. I have had basal cell 2 times & an atypical mole removed as well. Should I be worried?

Yes it can and no you shouldn't be worried. Leave it for a couple of weeks and if it is still there see a doctor. If it is an irritated pore it should have cleared up by then.

I had the same thing under a mole on my waistline but it got really large and hurt...so i popped it
