Constant aching in side, mole on back

Hi,

I am so worried.

I have had a mole on my back for sometime and recently it has been bleeding a little but it sits on my bra line and is rubbed by my bra. It feels like a sore and is dark brown.  The pain I am getting is directly in front of it under my ribs. I am also 7 months pregnant which I initially put down to the pain. But now I am not sure and cannot get into see anyone until the end of the week. I am so worried that I have Melanoma and have left it too late.
Has anyone had anything similar.
The pain I feel is like a dull ache that gets worse as the day goes on.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The mole was checked about four years ago and was fine then.
