Could my mole be Cancerous?

Should I be concerned about this mole? It's on the left side of my face. In Feb 2011 it looked brown but now it looks flat out black. It's so dark now it looks like someone literally took a sharpie and put a mark on my face.

As your mole has changed colour yes you should see a doctor/dermotologist.
