Duration of a possible skin cancer spot?

Hello there,

I have had these five spots/lesions. i dont know what to call these.
It appeared when i was 14 and now im 23.
these spots dont pain or itch or blanch. first three spots are very slightly raised and the remaining two are in line with my skin.
i have no idea what this is.
it has remained intact ever since it appeared.

Could this be cancer? Do cancer spots remain as such for years without any effect on the body?
First i thought it to be kaposis, but then after enquiring i came to know that it is an AIDS related symptom, but since im not sexually active and have never induleged in anything risky I doubt that too.
