hi Im 28 i normally have clear skin but recently post a traumatic death in my family i have terrible spots on my jaw line it started on my right side and now its traveled to the other side and have started to develop them down my neck also, i drink 3 - 4 liters of water, i try and eat healthy. so what could it be

Hello , first of all am sorry for your loss, i didnt understand how your rash or spots are if you could explane more pls, im having sort of the same problem my right arm has a small patch witch is pink and dried skin and ithces me and now i got one on my foot and leg , and i have gone trough a terabile truma 2yrs ago and its still cared in me so i know how you felt when somthing bad hapened you cant forget , did u see a doctor?
