Is this birthmark/mole cancerous?

Hi there.

I have a spot (birthmark?) On my arm that has been there since I was born.  I am a pale redhead that has melanoma running in the family so I am slowly getting concerned about this thing on my arm. I am 17 years old, I have been in to see a dermatologist 2 times in the last 4 years and every time they tell me it's fine despite the border that I see..I also have EXTREME anxiety and panic attacks, so this obviously plays a huge role in my worries. The size of the mole/thing is a little bigger than a pencil eraser in roundness.  I really, really could use some advice? I'm so worried about this.  Ps..this is on my arm right near my elbow.

Make appointment with doctor. As you said, it was there since you born, So we can't say anything without seeing your spot. Please do not panic. And keep updating us.

Just ask them to remove if u will continue to worry. It is small enough that it is simple to do.
