Is this skin cancer or something else?

I have a light brown blotch on my big toe about two-thirds the size of a dime. When I look up pictures of skin cancer, it doesn't look exactly like them. I just want to be safe and know if it's something I should worry about. I attached a link to a picture of it.

I play soccer and I've gotten blisters exactly where it is on my foot multiple times. Sometimes when I get the blisters the skin just peels off. Any information would be appreciated! Thanks!
