I'm not a Doctor, but these are usually benignBenign ear cyst or tumor Benign positional vertigo and are like a sebacious cyst inside the eyelidEyelid bump Eyelid lift Eyelid twitch itself. My son had them . .but his were on the inside of the rim and called a granuloma and/or pyogenic granuloma. They can occur on the lid as you describe, too. Lots of warm compresses can help, but do ask your Dr.
