MOLE Raised red area thats irritated

I have many moles, and atypical moles too add, I have had many problems but no kin cancer, just last month i went to get a check up and a full body mole check, the dr only looked over me for maybe 2 minutes and said i was fine, let me just say i have hundredds of moles.... just today i realised one that was removed is growing back and another one very close to it has a swollen redish irritaed area around it, should i see another dr or is this normal
