Need Drs advice PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband has squamous cell ?carcomias ?  Not spelled right sorry , but they keep coming back after their removedtime and time agian the same ones, we don't have insurance and now he has a lump in his throat and I don't now how to get anyone to do anything how do we go about getting anything done to stop this I know that the lymph node it hard and it has to do with the squamous cell cancers cause its in the deep tissues when they remove them I don't want him to die cause the drs we have seen wont help. PLEASE  HELP  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
