Penis Problem

i am 27 yrs old man i had sex with girls without protection and after few months some white (like pimple) are appeared on the neck of my penis and rounded it. I am worried that is this a symptom of penis infection and is transmitted to another person? if infected then what should i do? please advice me.

More likely than not they are "hair bumps" or pimples.  They could also be genital warts.

If they grow in size, change color, start to hurt or itch see a doctor right away.

If it was a sexually transmitted disease you would probably have pain while urinating, a yellow, or green, or smelly discharge coming from the tip of your penis.

If it was herpes you would have painful blister type bumps.

I don't think that you have skin cancer however.
