Redness on my cheekes since mid february, ANA test can back normal what could it be?

I am a 19 year old MALE, I have been having redness in my cheeks, since mid Feb. Now since a month ago I have burning red ears. I went to the bone doctor and he saw my face, and I told him my elbows have been red and my left one is hurting whenever i stretch, and my fingers hurt after typing for about 3 min, and he said that he thinks its sle and told me to go to a reumatolgist.Went to urologist last week, I've been having burning past two weeks in genetal area and penis, he said that he doesn't want to do anything until after see the reumatologist and see what he says. said to take tetracycline which i have been taking for over 4 weeks for a body rash that i still have.saw dermatologist he thinks its not lupus thinks its keratosis Pilaris, my ANA Test came back normal. I have itching all over my legs and stomach area, and still have discharge sometimes and numbness and tingling in the left pinky and leg about once or twice a day since January.Starting about 2 weeks ago I my skin gets tingling when I take a shower. Saw the reuamatolgist and he took eight blood tests and a urine sample more tingling and needle pain in my hand and legs and face. The reumatolgist doesn't know what it is, he said he thinks its not lupus, he gave me a inflamatory peel and told me to stop taking tetracycline.My face is getting redder every day. yesterday I woke up with my stomach hot and it felt like diarhea (diarrhea), but when I went to the bathroom noting came out, until about 30 mins later.My aunt has lupus.  What could it be?
