Shin bone pain after wide excision for malignant melanoma
It's been 2 1/2 years since I had a wide excision on my lower shin. It isn't so much the scar area itself in pain, but the bone up my shin a few inches seems to have become narrow and there is a 'dip' in the area surrounding the bone itself. It feels a lot like a needle being pushed into the bone. I've had so much, I'm seriously afraid of going back to the doctors. Though recent blood work is ok, I haven't talked about this pain, and it's been about 6 months.
