Skin Biopsy

It's been a week since I've had a skin biopsy on my hip and I always have a tiny bit of yellow discharge/drainage that leaks onto my bandaid. I go back in a week to get my stitches off, should I be worried about the yellowish discharge now?  Bandages for my skin biopsy are making my skin red and itchy around the bandaged area because I am sensitive and possibly allergic to them. What should I apply? Also are there any types of bandages that are less sensitive to the skin? I also accidentally slept on the side of my biospy and it turned a bit black, is this normal?
