Skin Rash - Is my skin healing - Request for assistance.

Hello,
My skin type is dry. Last month I got a rash on my face, I assume that it must be because of cosmetics I might have used this rash appeared. The rash is in the form of a small circular patch in red color, I don’t feel any pain, but sometimes I feel very little itching sensation.
It had been more than one month now, but the rash is not yet healed. However, I can feel that the skin is layering, though I feel very little itching sensation sometimes.
Could you please assist me if the rash is healing? if so within how many days my skin will become normal?
