Skin cancer excesion 1.5 weeks ago bleeds some. Normal?

How long for possible basal cell removal to heal? I had a bump next to nose removed with excesion, about 10 days ago, like pencil eraser size. It was pretty deep, she put no stiches however. Its filled in a good bit, pink around it sort of white in middle but is starting to slightly bleed some, some blood showing on the bandaid or mixed in with the polysporin gell. I am worried if this means something bad?
