Get them biopsied. That's the only way you will have a true picture of what they are. I had two molesBirthmarks - pigmented Gestational trophoblastic disease Hydatidiform mole Pth on my vulva that were also flat. I had first a punch biopsy then had to have them re-excised. They ended up being dysplastic nevi, which are always pre-melanoma. Good Luck
