Small Red Bump on Forearm

Hi,

A few months ago I noticed a small red lump on my left forearm, close to my elbow.

I decided to wait and see if it goes away. It didn't.

It remained the same size throughout these months. The skin on it sometimes peels a little bit (almost unnoticeable) Here's pictures of it:

I'm 23, 6'3" 210lbs. Work out sometimes, smoke 14 cigs a day. I have a lot of moles: some big some small, some much bigger than a pencil eraser. I sunburn easily. Both my mother and father have A LOT of moles. My mother sunburns REALLY badly really easily.

___________________________________________________________________________ side note(probably 100% unrelated): Also, I've had some pimples that popped pretty badly...with a lot of puss and blood coming out. They were greyish. (Completely unrelated since they dissappeared or became smaller) Also, I had some pain in my back, right side pretty localized on ribs.
