Strange spot on head

Hello, I've recently noticed a small patch on my scalp.
It is a light red and it sheds skin causing dandruff.
I hate dandruff and I panic over anything that is unusual
To me. Please tell me how to get rid of dandruff and
If this might be cancerous or anything like or if you have ever
Experienced this. Also how I might treat it. Thank you very much!

It could be psoraisis (psoriasis) or some other things. But it doesn't sound at all like skin cancer.
