White Scabs
Hi Dr,

I have two identical skin lessions or scabs so to speak on the bottom of my hair line in the back of my head. They are about the size of a penicl eraser on a pencil even a lil smaller. They are kind of connected but separate. They have been there for about three months. They have not changed size or gotten any bigger. They started out as a pimple and then turned into this. There white almost an ashy white and form a hard scab that if I pick off doesn't bleed. It's just white. The scabs also have a dark rim around them as well. They don't hurt and I have no other spots on my body.

Do you have any idea what they are?

How do I get rid of them?

Thank you so much.
