brown mole

i have a raise brown mole on my right arm and its been hurting now for two week? is it some thing that I have worry about .don't have a histroy of cancer

Probably not. You might have irritated it with clothing. Leave it alone (no poking or prodding) for another 2 weeks and if still sore then see a doctor.
