could you diagnose this skin condition

i get it every month or so. i was exposed to black mold a few years ago and i havent been the same since. skin rashes, food sensitivites, etc... my doctor couldnt help me, he said he didnt know what it was....i have no insurance so i cant go to a dermatologist. i know if i go anywhere near mold etc, i  immediately get sick.... thanks
