mole appeared from nowhere, red and blood under skin

Yesterday night I noticed a very very dark mole on my lower abdomen. I have other moles but this one is very black and almost perfectly ovular. I initially thought it was a blood blister and gave it a soft squeeze and the blood vessels under my skin broke! I had little blood dots all over the area. I thought it was strange so i squeezed somewhere else on my stomach and did not get the same reaction.

On top of that i have had little pinprick blood dots come and go, some a bit bigger than others, on my torso and more recently my arms for the past week or so. But I was told to just ignore them.

The mole is small, no larger than my other freckles. But it started out flat yesterday and is raised now. Not getting any larger. Any ideas?

It could be some infection had been caused did you use any skin lotion product which can cause such effect also.

If it is changing that rapidly it may truly be a blood blister. Any chance you've pinched it with a belt or similar. You may have traumatised things further by squeezing. Leave it alone for 3 weeks to a month and if it is unchanged or grows then see a doctor. If it is a blood blister it should have healed by then.
Take care.
