molr removed, rooth left, very scared

During pregnancy mole under my breast changed, it grew and changed the colour. Two days before giving birth, Dr used liquid nitrogen to remove it. During labour it got infected, and seven days after, Dr used shave method to remove it ( liquid nitrogen did nothing, it was too big). Rooth is left inside. Result came back and it is benign, partly dead probably from liquid nitrogen use. Now I am very scared that after all those iritations and infection rooth can turn into cancer. I am very scared, especially because now I have three kids. My dr does not want to give me referal to see dermatologist. Thank You
