pigmentation

i have pigmentation the size of 1 square inch appear on both my cheeks - i try to cover them up as much as possible but how can i get rid of it - ive always had clear skin with the exception of a few spots here and there - but suddenly this year pigmentation appear - my job involves talking to people face to face and i am aware of the problem on my face
