problem with pennis

The upper skin of my pennis does not remove fully. So top of my pnnis does not come out totally. If I try to pull it down it hurts. How will it affect in time of intercourse?

What you need to do is slowly pull back your foreskin bit by bit ever day. If you haven't pulled back your foreskin in a while then you will probably have a build up of smeg underneath so be ready to wash that off - but I warn you, your penis will be VERY sensitive under your foreskin if you have never touched it before. Take your time and your penis will slowly get better.
Your foreskin will eventually loosen up in time, why you have never pulled it back during childhood I'm not sure?
The only problem I can think of to do with sexual intercourse is that you might have problems with putting a condom on if you can't pull your foreskin back properly. Other than that if your penis is sensitive then you may also have problems with premature ejaculation. Keep washing underneath your foreskin until you can fully pull your skin back without any pain and touch your penis head normally, this will take a couple weeks but hang in there.
