query about anal cancer

hello docter i m prish,i m 24 and my problem is ,
1) i had unprotected sex 12 years ago and i have small pimples on my penis and testicles which are painless and when i squize them, i find some yellowish material,when i went to the docter he told me that there is nothing to worry about bcoz its not a STD.i have found an anal wart  outside my anus,docter told me that its a piles and treated me .
sir i have read that bcoz of HPV there is a chance of anal cancer or testicular cancer.according to my symptoms should i go for further invastigation.
i have been feeling  mild dizzyness  for last 3 months and mild stomech ache for last 1 month
