Hi again, as I said in other postings, I am having treatment for two entirely different skin cancers. A hutchinson - pic posted earlier and a squamous cell carcinoma on my hand. Both are slow to spread but very aggressive when they do and unfortunately I thought mine were nothing for too long as not like moles. Thats why you should get yours checked. I know you said thought yours might be a basal cell (if is they dont spread) but some squamous cells look similar to yours also - and they are deadly once they start to spread. So please, look at this pic of my squamous and get advice.  I was really shocked to hear I had not one but two entirely different types!
