3 and a half year old snoring since birth

My little boy has snored every night since birth. Apart from bronchiolitis as a baby he has always been in good health.

I'm worried because the back of his throat appears to be inflamed. Like his tonsils are swollen and his glands under his jaw are nearly always up.

His father and uncle had their adenoids (adenoids) out as young children and I am not sure if problems in this area are hereditary.

Snoring by itself isn't worrisome, but if there are other problems, such as frequent infections, developmental delays, etc., then get it checked out.
