Can't sleep!!!!

I have no problem falling asleep, but I wake up all of the time. I usually wake up at 12:30, 2:30, and 3:15. I don't know why I keep waking up but I don't feel rested in the morning and I'm always tired.

Have you considered using a sleep monitoring device at home to figure out what's causing your sleep problems? There a lot of them available, but I don't know how good they are. Does anybody have experience with them?

You're waking up at each part of the sleep cycle when you go into deep sleep. You may want to post your question to Dr. Jacobs first to deal with sleep hygiene/insomnia issues first. If you don't find any improvement, there may be a sleep-breathing problem that needs to be addressed.
