Feel sleepy & hungry all time

Hi

I am House wife 34 yrs old, weight 42 Kg . I feel sleepy and hungry all the time. I don't have any kind of depression.

I don't know if this is any kind of disease. Please help me find out

Poor sleep causes you to become hungry. At 42 Kilograms, it's likely you may have untreated obstructive sleep apnea. Did you ever undergo a sleep study?

I feel tired , hungry , sleepy all the time. Even little work makes me exhausted. I do get a good sleep

Hi,
I agree you should get a test sleep apnea? My son 7 has it. If you don't get a good night sleep you feel very tried through out the day. Can cause , so many things that you wouldn't think of. Since the test and learning more about sleep he seems to have a better day, and not wanting a nap. The Dr, thinks my husband has it too. which he doesn't sleep through out the night and chokes when he does fall a sleep that is one sign of it. Then sleeps most of the day and says' he can't get up. Snoring can cause sleep apnea. And i find if I get them to sleep on there side, they sleep longer and don't snore as much.

thanks for your reply , but i do get a good night sleep 8-9 hrs. I really dont understand what can be the cause of the tiredness
