Low T and sleep apnea

I have been diagnosed with sleep Apnea and Low Testosterone.  I am currently on a BIPAP with O2.  I have tried injections and a patch for the low T, but both increase my hemoglobin to dangerous.  Could there be some connection between the Sleep Apnea and increased homoglobin.  I really need to find some relief for the low T.
