Sleeping Disorder

Hi there

This is about me and am really in need of an answer and thank you in advance for any help.

i am 27 years old, and unfortunalty i could consider my self a heavy sleeper sometimes. Well even my wife face some difficulties when she wants to wake me up for work. Yes i do have so manythings to worry a bout which keep my mind active most of the time. The thing am concerend about which made me worried, for the past 2 weeks i sleep more and i dont even wake up for my wife and sometimes i open my eyes and tell her some lies that am in a holiday or i dont have work or those foolish excuses just to sleep more and then go to work v late. Even if i sleep early i end up with same situation late..... Even when am at work and just waked up 2 hours ago, i feel tired and i want to sleep more.

Some solution which i agreed with my wife, that if i pass my bed time i stay awake until work time and fisnih my shif and return home and stay until 8pm to sleep, the problem i dont feel tired if i do that and sometimes i pass this time until 12 mid night then i feel tired and sleep. So am concerened about this as well, happend to me everytime i stay awake for my work.

today i didnt notice the alarm when it went off, my wife  and so on,,,

another fact about my self, i do wake up when i feel something is not right, if i hear my son crying , if i hear someone voice other than my wife tryin to wake me up. but when am done with that, sometimes i return to bed lying to my self that 5 mins would be enough to make be active for work and i sleep like a truck until am late.

ive changed my daily rotuine to see the effect, i started to practice and my boday is average  not slim tho. so i practice and even i didnt sleep during the night when i come back to work i do some work out and still not tired.

please any advice i would really appreciate it.

This is my whole life story, if i need medical attention i will see someone.
