Too much oxygen?

I am currently on bipap, full mask, with 6 liters of oxygen.  At 5 liters, during home nocturnal study, my SAO2 levels averaged in the middle to upper eighties, therefore, my doctor increased the oxygen to 6.  I have moderate pulmonary hypertension.  Is six liters too much oxygen?

Thanks for your help and for this website!
