Treatment for Adult RMD

are there any treatments for adults who suffer from Rhythmic Movement Disorder? There's a bunch of us who have posted on this site, with similar symptoms, and not one of us knows where to turn since many doctors don't have any info about this disorder or how to treat it. Thank you for any leads you can give me; I'll post them on the forum.
