breathing

ive been having a problem for a while when i go to sleep i cant lay down on my right side i cant breath before i even go to sleep, im concered why this is happening, i have to lay on my left side at night this happens all the time only at night , i litery stop breathing why would this be happening,i am overweight have a miner case of sleep apnea also fibro chroghns disease and some issues with arthythmia cardiac , and  want to know what dr to see about this if this is a problem thank you ,
