cant sleep, itchy or tickly breasts & nipples

My 19 year old son suffers quite often from sleeplessness for the last year.  When he lays down to go to sleep his chest / breasts / nipples itch, tickle, and kind of feels like a pinch.  This is very uncomfortable for him causing him not to get to sleep.  He sleeps on his stomach because he says it is much worse when he sleeps on his back.


Any help or suggestions would be most welcome.

What you're describing is somewhat unusual. If he's still having sleep difficulties despite sleeping on his stomach, he should consider seeing a sleep doctor, especially if you or his father snores.

I'm 25, and I suffer from a similar problem, because I'm a woman I can't sleep properly because my breast would itch. No matter which way  I sleep the itching woud get worse all over me and on my head. I live alone so I don't bother about anyone snoring.  The  itching gets in my ears too which is something I really really hate.
