i am 23 of age
i cant get sleep at proper time so i am go to bed at 12am and with in a few hour i.e by 2'o clock it self i awake from that time i cant able to sleep , and then i will go to bed at 4.30 and then i wake up lately at 8 and when i awake i get headache ,
please give me some suggestions for sleep with out wake up in the middle time or tell me how to reduce my headache at wake up time
There are many reasons for a headache, especially upon waking. It could be due to a neurologic condition or a sleep-breathing problem. You can find resources online for insomnia or even try cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. You may need to see a sleep specialist for delayed sleep phase syndrome.
