heacaches and eye pain...sinus pain?

Doctor, I've been getting these headaches which begin as a deep pain behind my eye. They go from my eye to my jaw and specific points of pain are jaw, base of skull, top of skull, behind ear, where shoulder meets neck. When I have such a headache I am very dizzy, technically it's vertigo. After the ache has begun my nostril slowly closes itself and adds a bit to the pressure, but I've had sinus headaches and this is different. Something in my head seems to be swelling and blocking the nasal passage rather than the nasal passage being blocked and causing the pain. I can also have a completely clear nose and still have the headache. There is a strange flexing sensation I get in my head near my nose that alleviates the pain for half a second. It flexes when I turn my head a certain way or if I'm in the extreme cold. Can you give me any clues as to what may be going on? I should tell you I have been having MS symptoms, but not diagnosed as having MS. I am diagnosed with endometriosis and it causes, or the MS causes, disabling pain.

There are many different possible reasons for your headache and facial pain, but one thing that comes to mind are migraines. You can have sinus migraines that at consistent with what you describe. Talk to your neurologist about it. You may ultimately need a sinus CT if these problems don't resolve.

The problems are not resolving. I had a head CT the one time I went to a neuro with my headache complaint. So does the sinus get a special CT of it's own or would you be able to see the sinus cavity on the CT I had?
