sleepless nights

Cant sleep at night for 20 days in a stretch.  I am 60 yrs old and a COPD patient since FEB 09. My Cardio prescribed Zanax but it worked for only about 10 days. Now i seem to hve developed another problem. burning sensataion at the base of both feet 24/7

PLEASE need your advice on next course of action
