vomitting after dinner

vomitting after dinner

I am 56 yrs old, male, working as a airline crew-member for the past 32 years. I have started suffering from a small amount of vomitting approx 3 to 5 hrs after dinner. It's a very small amount, that comes out of my mouth & nose. It comes all of a sudden, when i am in deep sleep.
The acidic liquid { approx one to two teaspoon }, just gushes out un-controllably. I consume about 750 ml of beer OR two drinks of bacardi with diet-coke before dinner. My dinner is very light, mainly consisting of two or three rotis with some grilled-fish & one liquid vegetable. I eat only fish, which is grilled. I walk for about 20 minutes regularly after dinner, before i go to sleep.
My medication is as follows :- ( MORNING) BP tablets Nicardia Retard 20 mg & Cardace 2.5 mg
                                                                  Zyloric
                                                                  Calcium supplement

                                              ( NIGHT )   :- Nicardia 20 mg
Alprozolam 1.5 mg  (for sleep )
Kindly advise.

It sounds like you may be having an obstructive episode when you reach deep sleep. This is when your muscles are most relaxed and most prone to obstruction. Are you going to bed shortly after your nightly walks, are are you waiting at least 3-4 hours? Have you tried not drinking alcohol for a while to see what happens? Alcohol is a strong muscle relaxant and gan aggravate this condition even further.
