I went to sleep one night and when i tryed to wake up i could not wake and i wanted to wake because it felt like there was something in my room and i though it was one my family, but i could not open my eyes enough to see and i could not move. This is not the first time why you think it happens?

Hey,

I can't find the Dr.'s post either, but I suffer from the same thing, and i'm pretty sure his post was about sleep paralysis. It is common and happens during REM. I've had it for the last 5-6 years. It can be frightning at times, but when it happens, just remind yourself that it's okay. It's your body's way of not letting you sleepwalk. :)

You can find articles on this site about it.
