Always feel tired or like I didn't sleep

Before I get into how I feel. I'm a 22yr old male college student. I'm pretty healthy for the most part as I do not do drugs or drink. I eat healthy and I sleep 7-9 hours a night. I also workout 4 times a week. I'm currently on 112.5mg of effexor for depression and anxiety. Now, for how I feel.

lately for a while I always feel like tired. Almost as if I never slept. There are times I feel loopey or can't pay attention at all in class. Also I haven't been able to workout as good as I usually do in the gym. I don't know what is wrong with me. Does anyone have and clues or ideas on what I should do?

p.s. I have told my doctor about yhks before and he said I'm fine :(

Do you nap ever? Your problem could very well be something more than that, but napping can take some of that edge off.

Effexor does also cause drowsiness, although you're at a low dosage level so it shouldn't affect you too much.
