The simple answer is NO.
Both of them are a Schedule IV controlled substance which makes it illegal to order online.

Hi i would not recommend you getting any kind of Medication on line , because you don't really know if the Drug is safe to take and i don't think it's all above board , so my answer would be no , for your own peace of mind i wouldn't get any Med's on line , Please take care ,
