My name is aswin, male , 19, I am currently in my college, my life has ruined due to my recent sleep disorder, I started being awake even after midnight, now i try to go back to a normal sleep cycle that is sleeping at 10PM or so, but i can't actually do that, when i go to bed, my concentration go to the thing i want to sleep, but conversly i cant sleep after that even after hours, for example if  god to bed at 11 i can't sleep even after 1am, but i cant, during some days when i do much physical excercise, i sleep without my consious normally, but when i dont do much work during a day, i cant sleep at night.

i guess i have said enough about my problem, please give me a clear remedy about this issue.
